About us

 
To strengthen our HR team in Jena, we are looking for a dedicated HR Specialist who will support our HR processes and actively contribute to the further development of our corporate culture.

Your tasks

- Support of the entire employee lifecycle – from hiring to development to offboarding
- Execution of administrative HR activities, including maintenance of SAP master data, e-files and other HR systems
- Participation in the implementation of personnel development and training measures
- Advice to managers and employees on HR-related issues
- Maintenance and optimization of HR processes as well as HR reports and key figures
- Participation in HR projects, e.g. in the area of employer branding or digitization of HR processes

Your profile

Degree in human resources management, economics or a comparable qualification
Initial professional experience in the HR sector, ideally in an industrial environment
Strong communication and consulting skills
Structured, independent way of working and ability to
work in a team Experience with SAP and digital HR tools is an advantage
