- Management of after-sales service stores and parts allocations for techniciansCreation and updating of SAV storesUpdate of spare parts allocations for technicians after approval by the regional manager.
- Technician stock managementManagement of the item database linked to after-sales stocks (Creation, update of deleted, replaced references)Follow-up of technicians' supply orders. Follow-up of after-sales service stock-outsFollow-up of spare parts inflows from after-sales stocks. Management of technicians' complaints on disputed receipt. Management of stock transfers between service stores. Analysis, recording and follow-up of technicians' parts returns. Monitoring and guarantee of the proper maintenance of after-sales stocks.
- Inventory managementAfter-sales inventory planning. Preparation and editing of after-sales inventory documents. Inventory recording and variance analysis. Follow-up of dashboards related to the activityParticipation in the development of new internal processes as part of continuous improvement.
