As a Product Manager (m/f/d), you will play a central role in the strategic development of our product portfolio in the area of profiles. You will manage the entire product life cycle – from market analysis to product development to successful commercialization – and make a significant contribution to the positioning of our products and brands – in concrete terms, this means:
- You will develop modern product and marketing strategies that make
our products visible in the market You will be responsible for the economic management of your product – from budget to profitability
- You will analyze markets, competitors and customer behavior in order to derive
demand, product features and the ideal launch timingYou work closely with product development, sales and marketing to ensure that customer needs are incorporated into design, branding and communication
- You develop smart commercialisation strategies such as pricing, licensing and distribution
- You track the performance of your products and use customer feedback to continuously optimise and develop
This is what you bring to the position:
- You have a degree in economics or have completed
a commercial apprenticeship You have experience in product management and are also well-versed in the area of profit and loss accounting
- You work analytically, data-based and goal-oriented and have a good sense of customer needs and market trends
- You communicate clearly, enjoy working in a team and confidently manage interfaces
Fluent in German and English (written and oral) as well as an experienced handling of common MS Office applications as well as initial SAP user knowledge round off your profile
