These exciting tasks await you:

As part of our Technics team at Silnova GmbH, you will work closely with the Product Engineering and Chemical Engineering departments. Due to the immediate proximity to production, you will also be in close contact with our colleagues on site.
- You will be responsible for the process-related development of silicone processing and drive innovative solutions from idea to implementation. 
- You will coordinate new investments, evaluate new technologies and actively participate in shaping our future technology strategy. 
- With your know-how, you will identify optimization potential and continuously develop our manufacturing processes, for example by standardizing processing and downstream processes.
- You will bring in new impulses and actively shape the further development of our production and process landscape.

This is what you bring to the position:

- You have a degree in process engineering, plastics technology, rubber technology or a comparable technical qualification, for example as a technician (m/f/d).
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in polymer or silicone processing and are familiar with extrusion and assembly systems.
- You have knowledge of typical rubber processing processes such as compounding, extrusion and packaging.
- You enjoy working in a team, are flexible and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment in which change is seen as an opportunity.
- You are characterized by a structured, independent and analytical way of working as well as your technical understanding and enthusiasm for innovations.
- You communicate confidently in German and English, both in writing and verbally, and are experienced in using the M365 applications.
